Position Overview

The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the AST ITA Plant, overseeing customer management, quality performance, engineering, Health&Safety, Security, and Environmental management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and enforce effective safety practices, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
  2. In conjunction with Sales Managers, manage existing and new customers to drive customer satisfaction.
  3. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business processes and activities, aligning with STERIS' world-class safety objectives and Quality Management System.
  4. Manage a team of 20+ staff, allocate resources, and assign duties to achieve commercial and business objectives.
  5. Ensure the business operates in line with STERIS' Corporate vision, global objectives, and strategies.
  6. Apply STERIS' values, culture, and ethos to manage the business, customers, and staff.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

5+ years of relevant work experience

Proven technical capability
