At Puratos, we are seeking a Strategic HR Operations Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for implementing effective HR processes and practices aligned with business objectives and Group & Local People strategy.
This includes organization, talent acquisition, learning & development, compensation & benefits, communication, legal HR – including disciplinary matters - and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 5-7 years in HR Generalist roles (including Employee & Industrial relationships management) of B2B or B2C multinational company, with local production and focus on Operations/Production/Supply Chain/Finance.
Additionally, the candidate should have experience of working as part of a team that has delivered significant change/innovation/continuous improvement/reorganization projects.
We offer an estimated annual salary of €80,000, depending on qualifications and location.
