About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of crew members and ensuring that customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Restaurant Operations: Manage restaurant controls, including labor cost, inventory, and cash procedures on a daily basis.
  2. Safety and Security: Follow and enforce all restaurant safety and security policies and procedures.
  3. Crew Management: Coach and follow-up on crew members to ensure excellent operations and provide feedback for growth and development.
  4. Department Management: Assist in continuing growth and development of employees within the restaurant and support the General Manager with setting and achieving store goals.
  5. Quality and Service: Ensure that customers receive a high-quality experience, including food safety, internal communication, and exceptional customer service.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous leadership experience, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • A flexible schedule and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
