Position

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Risk Integration & Reporting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and managing risks across the organization, as well as developing and implementing risk management strategies. The successful candidate will contribute to the bank's risk appetite and ensure that all risk-related activities are aligned with the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess risks across the organization, including IRRBB, CSRBB, and liquidity risks.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks.
  • Contribute to the development of the bank's risk appetite and ensure that all risk-related activities are aligned with the company's goals.
  • Collaborate with the Risk Management team to identify and address potential risks.
  • Develop and maintain risk-related documentation, including Recovery Plans, SRB Liquidity in Resolution, and SRB FMI Contingency Plans.
  • Prepare and present risk-related reports to senior management and regulators.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in risk management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and risk management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a regulatory environment, such as SRB, ECB, or EBA.
