About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Sr. Launch & Expansion Manager to join our EU DSP team. As a key member of our start-up group, you will be responsible for growing and scaling our last mile delivery operations across multiple Modes of Transport (MoTs). Your primary focus will be to develop and execute launch and expansion plans for new last mile transportation initiatives, focusing on attracting delivery partners and ensuring seamless integration with our existing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage competing priorities, ensuring critical projects remain visible to stakeholders while maintaining a plan for less urgent matters.
  • Dive deep into various work streams, learning about each stakeholder's contribution and challenges.
  • Write and review business cases using information acquired from stakeholders.
  • Prioritize work-streams with the biggest impact on timelines and report status in a timely manner.
  • Develop a strong management technical approach while being able to 'roll up your sleeves' and solve bottlenecks where needed.
  • Maintain the overall project plan, enabling teams to be successful based on project milestones and Go-Live.
  • Obtain stakeholder feedback, compile white papers, and run monthly business review processes to update all stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, economics, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in program or operations management.
  • History of managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Superior analytical and quantitative skills, with experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success.
  • Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems with an extreme attention to detail.
  • A track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA and/or advanced degree in mathematics, economics, or a technical discipline.
  • Experience in product, programs, or operations management within the logistics industry.
  • Additional EU languages: French, German, Italian, or Spanish.
