Job Title: Store Manager

At Miu Miu, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive business growth. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, managing a team of sales associates, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales performance and achieve business targets
  • Develop and implement business plans to increase customer footfall and sales
  • Lead and motivate the store team to exceed their KPIs
  • Represent the company on the local market and identify new opportunities for growth
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience through effective communication and service
  • Foster a client-centric mindset and develop strong relationships with customers
  • Implement clienteling initiatives and events to increase customer loyalty and spending
  • Manage store expenses and meet operating budget
Requirements:
  • Fluent spoken English and Italian
  • Business acumen and leadership skills
  • Ability to motivate and persuade people
  • Strong customer service mindset and market knowledge
  • Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent
