Are you a young graduate eager to develop your leadership potential and make a meaningful impact in the banking industry?
ING's International Talent Programme offers you the chance to join a comprehensive traineeship that provides talented graduates with the knowledge, skills, and on-the-job experience to become future leaders.
The programme is truly international, with over 100 trainees in 14 different countries. You will have the opportunity to rotate between different projects and departments, gaining a broad understanding of the bank's operations and developing your stakeholder management skills.
During your first rotation, you will be part of the Pricing team, which is responsible for the effective management and implementation of the pricing strategy. You will collaborate with different internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Products, Finance, and Risk, and have high visibility to senior leadership.
After your rotations, you will have the opportunity to choose your long-term position based on your experience and area of interest. You will be part of a dynamic and innovative team that is shaping the future of banking.
We are looking for smart, results-driven people who are enthusiastic about banking and have an unconditional drive to turn their ideas into reality. You should have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Business Studies, and be fluent in English and Italian.
As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to expand your network within ING and practice your stakeholder management skills. You will also have the chance to arrange your second rotation, which can be an international experience that is relevant for your personal and professional development.
After two rotations, you will have a better understanding of which direction you would like to go and be ready to choose your third rotation. You will set the stage for your fixed position, in the area of Strategy & Business Effectiveness, or in another position of your interest among the available opportunities within ING.
