The Job
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in the Madrid, Barcelona or Milan region. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide technical support for our Chemical product lines and services, answering customer technical inquiries via telephone, email or web chat. You will also participate in frequent trainings on products and continue education on new applications and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Thermo Fisher Scientific Chemical product lines and services.
- Accurately record pertinent information from customer contacts in our Customer Relationship Management system.
- Participate in frequent trainings on products and continue education on new applications and technologies.
- Recommend and implement improvements in processes, FAQ and technical information.
- Participate in additional special team or individual projects.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or a similar field.
- 1-5 years laboratory experience.
- Effective communication, both written and oral.
- Customer centric attitude.
- Proficient in Italian and English.
