We are seeking a talented Global Marketing Development Specialist to join our dynamic team in Turin, Italy.

About Us

Lavazza Spa is a leading coffee roaster operating in over 140 countries with a presence in all sectors of the coffee industry.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will support the development and execution of local media campaigns and ecommerce strategies, monitoring and tracking local budget spending progression.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the development, execution, and follow-up of media and social media plans by analyzing the results of post-campaign media plans, competition in the media landscape, and constant internal updates.
  • E-commerce plan support and promotional plan development, including Amazon 1P brand store management and brand campaign monitoring as well as content management.
  • Data tracking analysis of e-commerce performance.
  • Collaborate in the day-to-day management of relationships between local markets and HQ media and content departments.
  • Monitor local A&P budgets and undertake activities such as invoice control and monthly expense tracking.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Economics or Analytical Marketing.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, with a willingness to learn and master them further.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
