Job Description:

The successful candidate will join our commercial team based in Torino, reporting directly to the Sales Director, and be responsible for managing existing and new relationships with key accounts in the agricultural, construction, and commercial vehicles OEM markets. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support and being the primary point of contact for selected OEMs
  • Attending customer meetings, including project meetings, and managing quotations and negotiations with the account
  • Identifying potential business opportunities within the account and creating action plans to win and support 'must-win' projects
  • Driving internal guidelines for OEM strategy and business planning across different business units
  • Tracking account platform cycle plans and volumes, and reporting monthly forecasts to define production plans and sales outlook
  • Monitoring and reporting competitor activities and positioning at the OEM

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably electronic, mechatronic, telecommunication, or aerospace engineering)
  • Strong commercial attitude and no less than 3 years sales experience in the automotive industry
  • Experience in international cooperation and teams, with availability for business trips in Italy and Europe, and occasional overseas travel
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Agricultural, construction, and commercial vehicles market knowledge is a plus, as well as experience in leading positions in BD/Sales with premium OEM customers

Estimated Salary:

€80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Location:

Turin, with occasional travel to other locations within Italy and Europe.
