About This Opportunity

As a Senior Business Development Manager for the Italian SMB Market, you will play a key role in expanding Voxy's presence in Italy. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the SMB sector, leveraging your expertise and network to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Drive sales growth by converting leads into clients and renewing contracts with existing clients.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, potential clients, and competitive landscape.
Requirements
  • Native/fluent Italian and fluent English.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Process-driven and organized, with a focus on automating services and improving efficiencies.
  • Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track client interactions and sales performance.
