About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior AUTOSAR Software Development Manager to lead our team in developing high-quality software solutions for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing software development projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage software development teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements and develop project plans.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in software development management, with a focus on AUTOSAR technologies.
- Proven track record of delivering successful software projects, with excellent technical skills and leadership abilities.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
