The OpportunityWe're seeking a seasoned Field Sales Account professional to join our team in Northern Italy. As a Senior Sales Development Manager, you'll play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the region.
Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company that's making waves in the pet food industry. As a Field Sales Account, you'll be responsible for developing strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and representing our brand in a positive light.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Performance: Responsible for achieving sales targets in assigned regions, including existing and new customers.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, ensuring excellent customer service and addressing individual needs.
- Sales Planning: Collaborate with your manager to develop sales plans, identify opportunities for growth, and suggest actions to improve sales performance.
- Product Knowledge: Provide accurate product information, pricing details, and communicate effectively with customers.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records and reports on account status, sales performance, and market trends.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in Field Sales or a related sales role.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Veterinary Science, or a relevant field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
- Native Italian speaker with fluent English language skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
