Are you ready to reimagine hospitality with us?

We're looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our F&B team as a Superhost of our Bologna location.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless operations, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm welcomes and ensure a smooth check-in process for guests
  • Prepare and serve a variety of local dishes, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner options
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our menu, products, and services to effectively upsell and cross-sell to guests
  • Act as a secret concierge, providing insider knowledge on the best places to visit, eat, shop, or party in the city
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless event execution and meeting room preparation

Requirements:

  • Flexibility, hands-on approach, and a positive attitude
  • Background in hospitality, preferably in a hotel environment, with experience in food and beverage
  • Fluency in English and Italian, with additional languages a plus
  • European citizenship or legal authorization to work in Italy
