Global On Premise Merchandising Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Global On Premise Merchandising Manager to join our team at Davide Campari Milano N.V. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing POSM (Point of Sale Materials) strategies across the globe, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute global POSM strategies, aligning with brand positioning and business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Global Channel and Customer Marketing, Global Strategic Marketing, and Local CCM teams, to ensure seamless execution and effective communication.
- Manage and coordinate the development of POSM materials, including design, production, and distribution, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery.
- Work closely with external partners, such as POSM agencies and suppliers, to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform POSM strategies and optimize business performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and customers, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in on-premise and experiential marketing management, with a strong understanding of the bartender community and their motivations.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is a must, with bi-lingual capabilities a plus.
- Knowledge of POSM development and management processes, with a pragmatic and hands-on approach.
