About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global On Premise Merchandising Manager to join our team at Davide Campari Milano N.V. As a key member of our Channel and Customer Marketing function, you will be responsible for developing and executing global on-premise merchandising strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement global on-premise merchandising strategies that align with our brand positioning and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Global Strategic Marketing, Local CCM teams, and Global Insight Managers, to ensure seamless execution and effective communication.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including POSM agencies and suppliers, to ensure high-quality execution and timely delivery.
- Manage and coordinate the development of POSM materials, including design, production, and distribution, to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all markets.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform merchandising strategies and optimize business performance.
- Provide expert guidance and support to local markets on on-premise merchandising best practices and ensure consistent execution across all regions.
- Manage budgets and expenditures, track performance metrics, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in on-premise and experiential marketing management, with a strong understanding of the bartender community and their motivations.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is a must, with bi-lingual capabilities a plus.
