Job Title: Global On Premise Merchandising Manager

At Davide Campari Milano N.V., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global On Premise Merchandising Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Channel and Customer Marketing department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing POSM (Point of Sale Materials) strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute POSM strategies that align with our brand positioning and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Global Strategic Marketing, Creative Agencies, and Suppliers, to bring POSM concepts to life.
  • Guarantee the fulfillment of the POSM process, from item definition to distribution to trade/customers.
  • Develop strong partnerships with External Partners to ensure compliance with required standards.
  • Collaborate with Global Insight Managers to evaluate the effectiveness of new materials and monitor trends.
  • Support the collaboration between global functions and local markets, ensuring engagement and participation in POSM development.
  • Achieve efficiency and effectiveness in the PoS material value chain, leveraging potential synergies among Markets.
  • Drive change and ensure successful execution, including adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Manage and coordinate a dedicated resource.
Key Relationships:

Internal: Global Channel and Customer Marketing (CCM), Global Strategic Marketing, Local CCM teams, Global Insight Manager, Global Procurement, Group FP&A, Group Legal Team, Group IT

External: POSM Agencies and Suppliers, Creative Agencies and Consultants

Experience & Education:
  • Experience in on-premise and experiential marketing management.
  • Knowledge of the bartender community, understanding of their lifestyle & motivations.
  • Project management skills, ideally developed in global/international projects.
  • Proven experience in working cross-functionally on challenging projects and track-record of delivering excellent results to deadlines, in a matrix organization.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or equivalent.
  • Fluency of English is a must, bi-lingual capabilities a plus.

  • Knowledge/Understanding of PoSM development and management processes.
  • Pragmatic, hands-on approach, assertive.
