Financial Analyst

Triumph International, a leading global intimate apparel company, is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our Finance Department in Segrate, Italy. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing operational support in data processing, reporting, and controlling within the Region South.

We are a family-owned business with over 135 years of experience, operating in more than 80 countries worldwide. Our core brands, Triumph and sloggi, serve 20,000 wholesale customers and offer products in over 2,300 controlled points of sale, as well as through several own online shops.

As a Finance Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting policies and corporate procedures.
• Coordinating annual and quarterly budget and forecast processes, providing guidance and data analysis to cost center owners.
• Managing cash flow, tracking actuals, and analyzing deviations vs. plan.
• Ensuring compliance with Global Finance Guidelines through coordination with outsourced finance operations.
• Supporting the CFO in Transfer Pricing documentation and analysis, as well as ad-hoc finance tasks.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A degree in Economics or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of previous working experience in Reporting and Controlling.
• A passion for numbers and analytical skills.
• An ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP knowledge is an asset.
• Fluency in Italian and English languages, both verbal and written.
