About the Role

We are seeking an entry-level Inside Sales Professional to join our team at Carrier Global Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with sales representatives to understand sales and administrative processes.
  • Respond to customer concerns and problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for answering first-level customer calls.
  • Perform all activities and processes related to contractual exchange of products and services with customer organizations.
  • Sell products and services typically via phone or online orders, with quotas and/or productivity needs.
  • Assist with the proposal generation process and manage agreement renewals and product upgrades for assigned accounts.
  • Generate leads through placing phone calls to lists of potential customers and handle 3rd party component sales.
  • Respond to routine sales leads from sales engineers, sales reps, or managers.
  • Sell products and/or services to commercial firms; call on customers; demonstrate products; prepare forms and sales paperwork.

Requirements:

  • Requires theoretical knowledge obtained through a University degree.
  • Limited to some knowledge of Carrier organization.
  • University Degree or equivalent.
  • At least 2/3 years prior relevant experience in back office.
