Job Title: Outbound Specialist

Ingenico Group is a leading provider of payment acceptance solutions, and we're seeking an experienced Outbound Specialist to join our Logistics team in the EMEA Hub.

About the Role:

As an Outbound Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the daily Outbound Logistics tasks, including shipments, couriers, and customs processes. You will work closely with the Warehouse Operations Manager and collaborate with EMEA colleagues to ensure seamless logistics operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily shipments and couriers operations
  • Coordinate with transport companies to secure SLA compliance and optimize costs
  • Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the Planning team to ensure accurate shipment visibility and feedback
  • Produce and analyze logistics reports to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, transport planning, or operations management
  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • Experience in couriers operations management and customs processes for Import/Export
  • Good knowledge of SAP (WM, MM) and MS Office skills, especially Excel
