About the Role

Ingenico Group, a leading provider of payment acceptance solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our EMEA Hub team. As a key member of our Logistics department, you will be responsible for the daily Outbound Logistics tasks, ensuring seamless delivery of our products to customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily shipments, couriers operations, and costs
  • Coordinate with EMEA logistic teams to secure SLA agreements with clients
  • Monitor and analyze transport KPIs, making adjustments as needed
  • Liaise with the Planning team to ensure accurate shipment visibility and feedback
  • Review and chase monthly invoices from couriers for any discrepancies
  • Develop and analyze key logistics metrics to drive process improvements

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, transport planning, or operations management
  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • Experience in couriers operations management and Customs processes for Import/Export
  • Proficiency in SAP (WM, MM) and MS Office, especially Excel
