Job Title: Outbound Specialist

Ingenico Group is a global leader in payments acceptance solutions, and we're seeking an experienced Outbound Specialist to join our Logistics team in the EMEA Hub.

About the Role:

As an Outbound Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the daily Outbound Logistics tasks, including courier operations, delivery and transport management, and inventory management. You will work closely with the Warehouse Operations Manager and other teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily shipments and courier operations
  • Coordinate with external subco and transport companies to ensure SLA compliance
  • Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the Planning team to ensure accurate shipment forecasting and planning
  • Produce and analyze logistics reports to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, transport planning, or operations management
  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • Experience in courier operations management and Customs processes for Import/Export
  • Good knowledge of SAP (WM, MM) and MS Office skills, especially Excel
