Job Title: Sales Professional for UK & Ireland Market Development

About the Role:

At Clevertech S.P.A., we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team in developing the UK and Ireland market. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing existing clients and prospects on the UK territory, supporting sales requests, and interacting with the Technical Sales engineering team to generate commercial quotations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management and development of existing clients and prospects on the UK territory
  • Support sales requests
  • Interact with Technical Sales engineering team to generate commercial quotations
  • Provide regular updates using CRM (Salesforce)
  • Study competitors and find new possible clients on the territory
  • Mesure, track, and communicate to direct manager reports on clients
  • Negotiation of mid/large size projects
  • Achieve forecast assigned
  • Assist management in selecting and prioritizing projects
  • Support operations of branch office

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of packaging market (either automation or material)
  • Engineering/Commercial degree
  • Knowledge on Microsoft tools: good Excel knowledge (MS Office generally)
  • Knowledge on Salesforce CRM (preference)
  • Analytic mindset
  • Decision-making approach, quick learner
  • Enthusiasm, positive, passionate about his job
  • Good interpersonal skills, good team-member
  • Travel: Short-term transfers (client visits or training activities at Headquarter based in Italy), about 50% of working time
  • Language: English (native speaker) and preferably Italian
