Job Summary:

Baoli EMEA seeks a skilled Supply Chain Manager to lead the development of efficient production planning and supply chain strategies. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge in sales forecasting, data analysis, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the sales team to gather and analyze sales data for accurate demand forecasting.
  2. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize inventory levels and production schedules.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure production plans align with market demands and product availability.
  4. Conduct thorough analysis of historical and real-time data to enhance supply chain and logistics efficiency.
  5. Prepare and present reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for data-driven improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales analytics, sales planning, and supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP is essential.
  • Strong data analysis and data management skills, including statistical analysis and data extraction.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
