The successful candidate will possess:

  1. Expert knowledge in sponsorship and marketing strategies.
  2. Proven ability to coordinate and maintain all social media platforms consistently updated.
  3. Strong experience as a marketing specialist or in a similar role.
  4. Thorough understanding of marketing elements, including traditional and digital marketing, such as SEO and social media, as well as market research methods.
  5. Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools.
  6. Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM), and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords, etc.).
  7. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development tools (e.g., Dreamweaver) is desired.
  8. Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  9. Exceptional communication and writing skills.
  10. Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.
  11. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent.
  12. 6-month internship with potential for a contract to join our team.

It is essential to have relevant experience or a passion for the industry. The Marketing Specialist should fully understand and like the products/services they're trying to sell and have a strong understanding of marketing and business processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong ability to deal with social networks (Instagram, TikTok, Meta, X, etc.).
  • Ability to create interesting content, videos, and photos using different apps and tools.
