About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As a key contributor to our Marketing department, you will play a crucial role in reinforcing our positioning within the Italian business and media community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Communications and Marketing Team in all external communication activities, including social media, branded content, events organization, and management.
  • Assist in maintaining a rich and fruitful communication flow with major Italian media channels online and offline.
  • Support the Newsroom with a focus on press review, editing internal papers, and copywriting.
  • Contribute to social media research and editorial activities.
  • Support the team across all marketing and communications activities within BCG Network, including design, production, and scheduling of initiatives focused on social and environmental sustainability.
Requirements
  • University Degree in Humanistic Studies (Corporate Communication, Communication Science, International Relations, Political Sciences, Philosophy, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English, with the ability to communicate with people of all levels.
  • Good working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong curiosity about topical issues and news, with a desire to learn and a strong can-do attitude.
  • Interest and knowledge about integrated media systems, content production, and social environment.
  • Proven organizational and administrative skills, with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Flexibility, responsiveness, and service-mindedness.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, independently or as part of a team, to meet deadlines while completing work to a high standard.
  • Positive attitude, drive, and commitment, with a proactive attitude to problem-solving and willingness to multi-tasking.
