Teads is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Communications Lead who is enthusiastic about technology, innovation, and the online advertising landscape. This pivotal role will be integral to shaping the Teads brand and communication strategy in the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development of high-quality marketing communications for Teads Italy, engaging with brands, advertisers, agency clients, and our publisher network.
  • Assist in the formulation of marketing offerings and strategic initiatives.
  • Craft and implement a comprehensive media and messaging strategy to enhance Teads' visibility and promote our activities across various channels.
  • Ensure alignment of all communications with the overarching global marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and publishing teams to provide essential marketing support and resources.
  • Design and manage targeted public relations campaigns to foster a positive image and garner media support.
  • Write, approve, and distribute press releases.
  • Oversee the daily management of Teads' events program, ensuring marketing communications are tailored to stakeholder needs.
  • Guarantee the effective and efficient execution of events.
  • Coordinate Teads' presence at various third-party exhibitions, working with partners to create impactful and cost-effective displays.
  • Develop promotional materials for marketing initiatives, ensuring the media kit is current and comprehensive.

Qualifications:

  • Significant professional experience in communications and marketing, demonstrating a broad understanding of various communication channels including media, websites, publications, social media, and events.
  • Proven track record in media relations, developing strategies, and preparing press materials within an advertising context.
  • Extensive experience in event management and a successful history of delivering effective communication initiatives.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, capable of managing diverse tasks under pressure.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with experience in overseeing communication projects from inception to completion.
  • Proficient in utilizing social media platforms effectively.
  • Outstanding writing capabilities.
  • Fluent in both Italian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative and diligence, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders both internally and externally.
