About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Transformation Specialist to join our team at Mastercard. As a key member of our Advisors Client Services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional digital marketing initiatives that drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Impact
    • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver end-to-end marketing services projects
    • Implement digital marketing solutions, including campaigns, marketing automation, and lifecycle management initiatives
    • Assess and improve the performance of client marketing activities using data insights and visualization tools
  • Team Collaboration & Culture
    • Collaborate with marketing partners to support business growth and development
    • Contribute to a culture of inclusion and diversity within the team
Requirements
  • Hands-on Experience
    • Proven experience in integrated marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing planning and data-driven implementation
  • Project Execution
    • Ability to plan and execute marketing strategies and campaigns across key marketing channels
  • Collaboration
    • Ability to thrive in a matrix organization structure and manage internal and external stakeholders effectively
  • Communication
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence colleagues and clients
  • Innovation
    • Ability to ideate, manage, and roll out complex and competitive digital marketing initiatives
  • Education
    • Relevant marketing degree or equivalent experience
  • Language
    • Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable)
  • Eligibility
    • Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying, as well as apply for travel visas as required by travel needs
