Job Summary

Liberamente ETS is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and managing digital marketing campaigns, overseeing social media strategy, and managing and maintaining the organization's website(s).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives
  • Oversee social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Manage and maintain the organization's website(s) to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts
  • Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
  • Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time, or improving conversion

Requirements

  • Verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail and follow up
  • Capacity to navigate corporate structures to identify decision-makers and determine the decision-making process
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, along with being self-motivated and independent
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Sense of initiative, Leadership, Creative Thinking
  • Confidence with Google packages
  • Capabilities related to dissemination and promotion
  • Problem Solving
  • Open-minded and tolerant
