Position Overview:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Italian Marketing Team in Rome. If you are a creative individual who enjoys deriving insights from data and is eager to tackle strategic challenges through diverse mailing strategies, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Younited, you will:
  • Enhance and expand Younited's partnerships to create new revenue opportunities.
  • Monitor key marketing KPIs and develop comprehensive reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team and international colleagues to foster synergies.

Qualifications:
To be a suitable candidate, you should possess:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A Master's degree in economics or a related quantitative field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Python, PowerBi) to optimize campaign performance.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Analytical skills to address work-related challenges effectively.
  • A flexible and agile mindset.
