Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Water Treatment Engineer and Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Products and Standards (P&S) Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing product ITR projects from inquiry to completion, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth while balancing risk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product ITR projects from inquiry to completion, adhering to the VEOLIA ITR playbook.
  • Own and guide the ITR product opportunities process, working with team members and other teams to guide completion and seek solutions as required.
  • Manage workload and priorities to meet customer, sales, and management targets, executing project post-order according to plan and within budget.
  • Develop knowledge of Water Treatment Technologies and Processes, VEOLIA equipment, technology, competitors, and markets for each of our product lines.
  • Ensure compliance with the VEOLIA WTS Quality Management System (QMS) and develop a strong Health & Safety compliant mindset in all activities.
  • Provide concise and timely reports, updating reports to management team and participating in all team rhythms.

Requirements

  • Degree in science discipline.
  • Ability to work independently to drive projects to completion with minimal oversight.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with ability to speak effectively before groups and customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel locally and internationally up to 10%.
  • Driving license.
  • Computer proficiency with Google Sheets, Docs, and Chat or similar.
  • Fluency in English (oral and written).
  • EU work permit.
