Job Description

Adecco Digital & Technologies, a leading company in the Food & Beverage sector, is seeking a highly skilled Help Desk II specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and be able to provide top-notch technical support to employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to employees on Windows, Office, and O365 applications
  • Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including VMs and cloud services
  • Configure and troubleshoot network devices and VPN connections
  • Perform hardware and software upgrades and replacements
  • Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of IT fundamentals, including hardware, software, and networking
  • Experience with VMWare and Virtual Box
  • Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively
