Job Title: Legal Intern

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our team at The Coca Cola Company. As a Legal Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Legal Counsel Europe and gain valuable experience in the field of law.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and review of contracts, T&Cs, marketing materials and products labels;
  • Support and review of all administrative and corporate documents (e.g. BoD meeting calls and minutes, Shareholders meeting calls and minutes, legal books transcriptions, proxy, etc.);
  • Support the Surveillance Committee ex Legislative Decree 231;
  • Support and review of privacy, compliance and administrative documents;
  • Support the European legal team on cross-countries projects;
  • Legislation and case law research;
  • Day-to-day assistance on legal matters.

Requirements:

  • Law degree with a high score is required;
  • Admission to the bar in Italy as well as a master in business law or LL.M. degree is a plus;
  • Fluency in English and Italian;
  • Knowledge of Italian and EU law.
