Job Summary

Casavo Management S.p.A. is seeking a legal intern to support our lawyers in various day-to-day activities. Based in Milan, Italy, this role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Legal Counsel, including litigation matters, corporate governance, and intellectual property.
  • Assist in summarizing cases, preparing reports, and drafting legal documents.
  • Conduct research, investigate facts, and develop legal arguments.
  • Monitor changes in the law and jurisprudence, and draft updates.
Requirements
  • Confident and poised attitude in internal and external interactions.
  • Strong legal research and organizational skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools.
  • English language proficiency (B2 or higher).
  • Must be based in or around Milan, Italy.
  • Italian citizenship or authorization to live and work in Italy.
