About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Technician to join our expanding Infrastructure Operations team. As a Data Center Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving a range of datacenter infrastructure issues, including hardware, fiber, networking, and related problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety: Follow and maintain the highest safety standards and encourage a world-class safety culture.
  • Data Center Operations (DCO): Diagnose hardware and network problems, perform physical repairs, troubleshoot events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and perform root cause analysis of equipment failures.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Be proficient with Microsoft Office products and web-based operational tools, have a good command of English, and be able to work rotating shifts and weekends to maintain the 24/7 data center environment.

Basic Qualifications
  • IT hardware troubleshooting related experience.
  • Completed formal education or training in an IT-related field.
  • A valid EU driving license is required for local travel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Diploma or equivalent formal qualification in an IT-related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux and experience with network protocols and in Data Center.
  • Proficient with ticketing systems and Change Management Systems (CMS).
