About the Role

As Freight Manager - Italy, you'll be responsible for owning relationships with carriers to support our rapid growth. You'll collaborate closely with the Principal of Operations, Ops, Finance, and Quality teams to ensure top-notch transport services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Expand our carrier network within Italy by identifying and onboarding key partners.
  • Supervise daily transports in Italy and handle inquiries from carriers.
  • Utilize knowledge of partner businesses to identify opportunities and provide solutions.
  • Manage day-to-day operations tasks.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Confidence in using data to analyze and track key metrics.
  • 1-2 years of experience in full truck load transport by road.
  • Fluent communication skills in Italian and English.
  • Attention to detail and an organized approach.
  • The ability to solve complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under stress.
