About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Product Developer to join our team at Technogym Village in Cesena. As a key member of our RD product development team, you will be responsible for leading external and internal development projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Product Marketing in defining future product portfolios and roadmaps.
  • Select development and manufacturing suppliers.
  • Lead project and product setup, addressing internal and external design and involved competencies to achieve expected results in terms of development KPIs.
  • Execute mechanical design in accordance with technical and reliability specifications, target costs, timelines, and internal design guidelines.
  • Guarantee product and process review with suppliers and internal competencies to ensure manufacturing process setup and optimization.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, a strong passion for product accessories and complements, and experience in executing projects of accessories/product complements. You should be an expert user of 3D CAD systems, preferably PTC Creo 9, and skilled in modeling solids and surfaces. Good knowledge of dimensioning of mechanical parts, materials, and plastics, as well as knowledge of main manufacturing technologies, processes, and cost drivers, is also required.

You should be a team player with good communication skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in English is a must, and enthusiasm, humility, pro-activity, passion, listening skills, and ethics are highly valued.
