At The Social Hub, we're redefining the future of hospitality, and we're looking for a skilled Community Supervisor to join our Florence location team.

As our Community Supervisor, you'll be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience, collaborating with our Front of House Manager, Hotel Manager, and community hosts to oversee hotel operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a seamless welcome and check-in experience for our guests.
  • Offering exceptional service in our restaurant and bars.
  • Building strong relationships with our guests and team members.
  • Handling guest and team member questions and complaints with professionalism.
  • Managing technical issues and maintaining a cool head in challenging situations.

We're seeking a motivated and positive individual with a flexible approach, at least 1 year of hotel experience, and excellent communication skills in English.
