We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our operations in Italy. Reporting to the Head of People & Performance Italy and collaborating closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition Europe and Pacific Developed Markets, you will play a key role in shaping our workforce.
Your primary objective will be to uphold and promote the KHC culture through effective recruitment strategies. This encompasses the entire hiring process, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires. You will also be responsible for developing a robust employer branding strategy and a proactive talent pipeline. Regular engagement with senior management will be essential to align on talent acquisition needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Manage the complete recruitment process for Italy, from initial discussions with hiring managers to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and final selection. Champion an inclusive hiring approach and advance our diversity initiatives through effective external talent attraction. Collaborate with the EPDM Talent Acquisition team to facilitate the Trainee Program Recruitment. Oversee the recruitment for internships as part of the Young Talent Program.Employer Branding:
Develop and implement a localized employer branding strategy to enhance engagement with potential candidates. Lead University Relations initiatives in Italy, including participation in career fairs, conducting company presentations, and organizing in-house events.Training:
Provide training for new managers on inclusive hiring practices and effective interviewing techniques.Qualifications:
Required Skills and Experience:
A valid EU Working Permit is necessary for this position. A Bachelor’s degree or higher is required. 2-3 years of proven experience in recruitment within a fast-paced environment, ideally in an agency setting. Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on understanding needs and developing actionable plans. Previous experience in Employer Branding and University Relations is advantageous. Fluency in English and Italian is essential.Professional Attributes:
