Client Data & Knowledge Coordinator

At Cartier, we are seeking a highly skilled Client Data & Knowledge Coordinator to join our South East Europe Strategic Projects Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving business success by providing expert data analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain client profiles, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set and monitor client KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Design and implement data visualization tools to enhance reporting and analysis capabilities.
  • Ensure data accuracy and quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide expert advice on data management best practices, supporting the development of data-driven strategies.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and visualization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluent in English, with Italian a plus.
