Job Title: Client Data Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Data Coordinator to join our Strategic Projects team in Milan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing client profiles, building monitoring dashboards, and ensuring database quality in an omnichannel perspective.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and monitor client profile analysis for strategic documents and projects
  • Participate in setting client KPIs in an omnichannel landscape and monitor performance across all channels
  • Review yearly documents and build a relevant synthesis to share locally
  • Proactively suggest and build adhoc analysis to improve client knowledge
  • Support CRM team in monitoring clienteling performance
  • Collaborate with High End team to identify high potential clients on a regular basis
  • Ensure growth and quality of our database through the Data Quality project
  • Monitor the client registration tool and support store teams in flagging and escalating app bugs and possible improvements
  • Clean and ensure database accuracy by deduplication of client accounts and identifying potential areas of improvement
  • Build, update and improve relevant dashboards to automate performance monitoring on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Identify relevant and strategic KPIs based on strategic objectives and projects, and synthesize performance in recurrent automatic reports
Requirements:
  • At least a Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in supporting and implementing complex data management systems and maintaining high-standard data security practices
  • Solid understanding of the luxury industry
  • Experience with Data visualization and analytics tools, preferably Looker
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with colleagues at all levels of seniority
  • Fluent in English, Italian would be a plus
