Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Specialist to join our R&D Department, reporting to the Test and Documentation Line Manager and working closely with Project Managers on various projects.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality user guides, product descriptions, and service procedures for our products, including torque measurement devices, data collectors, and software.
  • Ensure that documentation is compliant with technical guidelines and industry standards.
  • Manage and optimize the documentation process, including image management and translation workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and timely documentation.
  • Provide support to the Line Manager on various line activities.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in a relevant field.
  • Fluent English language skills, with additional languages a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to summarize complex procedures effectively.

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of Schema ST4 CCMS.
  • Understanding of document compliance to EN standards.
  • Basic certification in technical writing.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies in software development.
