Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Specialist to join our R&D Department, reporting to the Test and Documentation Line Manager and working closely with Project Managers on various projects.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality user guides, product descriptions, and service procedures for our products and their features.
  • Write and update safety information, ensuring compliance with technical guidelines.
  • Manage images and graphics for documentation purposes.
  • Evaluate documentation efforts accurately and work with the project team to plan releases.
  • Oversee the translation process workflow.

Occasional Activities

  • Provide support to the Line Manager in their line activities.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in a relevant field.
  • Fluent English language skills, with additional languages a plus.
  • Previous experience in a similar role (3 years).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to summarize complex procedures clearly.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Schema ST4 CCMS.
  • Knowledge of document compliance to EN standards.
  • Basic certification in technical writing.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies applied to software development.
