Job DescriptionThe Middle Office GTB analyst will provide administrative support to the local team, managing tasks autonomously and working under the supervision of the Head of Middle Office.
This role requires strong client service orientation, process knowledge, regulatory compliance, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Support customer relationships by creating a link with clients and acting as the central point of contact.
- Assist the Middle Office in daily activities including paper instructions, customer services, flows supervision, mandate SEPAA direct debit, mandate management, power of attorney management, implementation of Cash Management products and services, collecting documents or data from customers.
- Coordinate with Back Offices in Paris and Warsaw, as well as the support Middle Office in Warsaw.
We seek candidates with a Master's degree in Business/Engineering School or University, specializing in Economics or Finance. Previous experience in Trade Finance is an asset.
Candidates must be fluent in English and Italian. Proficiency in MS Office is also required.
