Job Summary

Talent Solutions, part of ManpowerGroup, is seeking a highly motivated individual for the role of Cybersecurity Governance Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Conduct risk assessments and internal vulnerability assessments to identify potential security threats and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and implement security awareness and training programs to educate employees on security best practices and procedures.
  • Monitor compliance with security policies and standards, and investigate and address security incidents in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain and update security documentation, including security policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Stay updated on security threats and trends, and collaborate with IT, Legal, and Risk Management teams to ensure a comprehensive security posture.
  • Audit and assess security controls to ensure they are effective and compliant with industry regulations.
  • Report on security risks and compliance issues to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate new implementations and products for security risks and compliance issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in security governance or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks, including NIST, ISO 27001, and COBIT.
  • Experience with risk assessments and mitigation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written).

  • Experience with security compliance audits.
  • Knowledge of security regulations, including GDPR and HIPAA.
  • Experience with security incident response.
  • Experience with security awareness and training.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
