Digital Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire cycle of integrated and innovative communication projects, from strategy to design, prototyping, and final deployment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in managing digital projects. You will work closely with our Digital team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the set strategic goals.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering projects from start to finish
  • Coordinating internal and external resources to ensure project goals are met
  • Managing continuous relations with clients
  • Working with the Digital team to ensure project success

Requirements include:

  • Fluent English and Italian (any other language is a plus)
  • 4+ years of experience in managing digital projects
  • Bachelor's degree (preference for economic fields)
  • Knowledge of main project management tools and methodologies
  • Excellent people, time, and costs management skills
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment, balancing multiple priorities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, organization, time management, and analytical/problem-solving skills
  • Advanced knowledge of main analytics tools for monitoring and measuring web presence of a brand
  • A number-driven person, comfortable with mathematical, statistical, and quantitative reasoning
  • Ability to prepare project presentations and documents
  • Ability to keep business owners up to date on assigned projects status and potential issues/delays
  • Ability to manage teams with diverse skill sets and in different offices throughout the country
  • Keeping up to date with state-of-the-art evolutions in digital world (both from a professional and personal point of view)
