The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong background in hiring profiles from R&D Technology companies. Fluency in both English and Italian languages is essential for this role.

The successful candidate will be based in Milan and will be engaged in complex recruitment projects for profiles of high specialization and seniority in the Telecommunication Engineering Research and Development field.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Strategic Recruitment Planning: Partner with the HR team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies that meet the needs of the organization.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Develop relationships with managers to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications, and foster high-touch relationships using a database of qualified candidates.
  • Job Market Analysis: Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements that effectively showcase the company's brand and values.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Screen resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring that only the most suitable candidates are presented to the hiring managers.
  • Candidate Database Management: Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, and other designations to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
