Global IT Governance and Strategy Internship

Amplifon, a leading multinational company in hearing care solutions and services, is seeking a talented individual to join its Global IT Governance and Strategy team in Milan.

About the Role

This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and innovative environment. As a member of the Global IT Governance and Strategy team, you will support the preparation of the IT Global Strategic Plan, cooperate with the central team in the adoption of the Global IT Procure to Pay process, and support the team in Vendor Management processes.

Responsibilities
  • Support the preparation of the IT Global Strategic Plan, focusing on both functional and economic aspects.
  • Collaborate with the central team to implement the Global IT Procure to Pay process, ensuring effectiveness and proper escalation.
  • Assist in Vendor Management processes, driving innovation through the digitalization of sourcing contracts using ServiceNow.
Requirements
  • Background in Management Engineering, Economics, Management, or similar fields.
  • Fluent English language skills and ability to work with multicultural teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
