Global IT Governance and Strategy Internship

Amplifon, a leading multinational company in hearing care solutions and services, is seeking a talented individual to join its Global IT Governance and Strategy team at its Global Headquarters in Milan.

About the Role

This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and innovative environment. As a member of the Global IT Governance and Strategy team, you will support the preparation of the IT Global Strategic Plan, cooperate with the central team in the adoption of the Global IT Procure to Pay process, and support the team in Vendor Management processes.

Responsibilities
  • Support and collaborate with the Global IT Governance and Strategy Manager in the preparation of the IT Global Strategic Plan.
  • Cooperate with the central team in the adoption of the Global IT Procure to Pay process, ensuring effectiveness and correct escalation on relevant topics.
  • Support the team in Vendor Management processes, embracing an internal innovation journey aimed at digitalizing the way sourcing contracts are managed through ServiceNow.
Requirements
  • Background in Management Engineering, Economics, Management, or similar.
  • Fluent English language skills and ability to work with multicultural teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with various stakeholders.
  • Confidence in using Excel and PowerPoint.
