We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team at Human Technopole, a leading research institute in Milan, Italy. As a Postdoctoral Researcher, you will be part of our Soskic group, which focuses on understanding the molecular mechanisms regulating B cell activation, antibody production, and their genetic variability.
Key Responsibilities- Leverage cutting-edge technologies such as CRISPR, cell imaging, and single-cell sequencing to investigate B cell biology and antibody diversification.
- Develop innovative approaches to measure cell biological phenotypes of B cells and study antibody diversification.
- Manage data analysis within your project and generate reliable data for publication.
- Collaborate with other group members and contribute to the development of new research ideas.
- PhD in immunology, cell biology, genomics, or a related field.
- Fluency in English, as HT is an international research institute.
- Experience with B cell isolation, manipulation, activation, and culture.
- Experience with genomic technologies, such as scRNA-seq.
- Experience in flow cytometry and imaging technologies, such as confocal microscopy.
- Experience in molecular biology, including CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing.
